3 Instrukční strom Co je nového Stránky datového bloku Křížové odkazy
Záložka s nejnovějšími změnami Strom Stránky datového bloku Stránky DB souhlasí s logickým členěním v projektu Křížové odkazy Přímý přístup ke všem možnostem křížových odkazů Průvodci Přístup ke všem průvodcům – výběr z nové nebo starší konfigurace SUPER TREE – The Super Tree makes sure the user sees all the SW capabilities and all the components of the opened project Data Block Pages: Open individual data block segments with one double-click Wizards: The Super-tree provides quick access to the wizard and tools. By viewing the wizards in the Super Tree, the user can also determine what wizards are contained in the project configuration. Online Tools: Control Panels for : Position EM253 Control Panel & PID Auto-Tuning Control Panel are found in the Online Tools. Nástoje Výběr z několika Control Panelů

4 „Stránky“ datového bloku
Stránky datového bloku (organizované jako oddělené bloky) Datový blok Každá stránka DB má svoji vlastní záložku Záložky udržují pořádek v datech, uchovává se každá konfigurace z průvodců In projects created with Micro/WIN versions prior to V4.0, one large data block is built up by wizards and by programmer inputs. In Micro/WIN 4.0 the one data block will be segmented by pages (shown with individual tabs). Each tab is a different ‘page’. When a wizard is configured with V4.0, the Data Block parameters for that wizard configuration are in a separate Data Block Page. The DB can be Export/Import to a .txt file.

Definice, editování a výběr symbolů přímo v editoru Další vlastnosti Tisk konfigurací průvodců Náhled tisku Nastavení tisku Tisk Nastavení tisku obsahuje možnost vytištění konfigurace průvodců. Konfigurace průvodce SYMBOLS FOR CONSTANTS: Symbols can be assigned to constants (raw numbers). If you download a project, then upload the project without having the original project file, then the symbols will be lost. VISIBLE TIMER RESOLUTION: In Micro/WIN the timer (T0 – Txx, T2x – T3x) resolution is determined by the timer number. In Micro/WIN 4.0 after the programmer assigns the timer number, the resolution will be visible inside the Timer Instruction box. EASIER SYMBOL SELECTION: In Micro/WIN 4.0 you will be able to define, edit, and select without having to go to the symbol table. Anywhere in the Editor, you can click on a tag symbol or a PLC address and then press the right-mouse button, and a menu provides you with the symbol options to: Define, Edit, or Select

6 PID Auto-Tune Control Panel
Pouze pro nové CPU! Vizuální a interaktivní samonastavující PID regulátor Okno pro zobrazení hodnot PID regulátoru PID Auto Tune Stavová oblast zobrazuje informace a varování For the PID Auto Tune to function it requires that: The PID’s to be created with the wizard. The process must be stable (PV = SP and the Output at a constant value) The Output should be between 30 and 60% of its full range. The process must be linear The low and high ranges entered in the PID wizard determines how the PID values (SP, PV, and output) are plotted. If the user creates their own PID then they will not be able to auto tune. BASIC FACTS ABOUT PID AUTO-TUNE CONTROL: 1. The application’s ‘Process Variable’ (PV) is the key control factor. PV is a parameter in the PID Loop. 2. The Auto Tune algorithm is located in, and runs in, a PLC (not in Micro/WIN). The execution is performed in the PLC. The Micro/WIN SW parameterizes it with the PID Wizard The Micro/WIN SW monitors it with the PID Auto-Tune Control Panel. 3. Time span Typically, Auto Tune will complete within ‘minutes’. HOW DOES „PID AUTO-TUNE“ WORK (I.E. THE BASIC STEPS)? Important Pre-condition for PID Application: The process being controlled MUST BE IN A STABLE STATE before tuning is attempted. If not in a stable state, the tuning will fail (eventually times out). NOTE: If necessary, manually put the process in a stable state. Auto-Tune 1st Step: Evaluate the process behavior A. Default Limits (Upper, Lower) can be changed on the PID Auto-Tune panel. B. While making +/- changes to PID inputs, the PLC will control the process at the current Setpoint, while it learns about the process dynamics. C. After 3 ‘good’ cycles, the PLC derives P,I, & D values for the ‘tuning’ algorithm. Auto-Tuning Algorithm begins... The resulting data is used to parameterize the algorithm, and the actual loop tuning goes to work. APPLICATION PRE-REQUISITIES: The PID Loop MUST be created with the Micro/WIN PID Wizard. The wizard creates a PID Loop data table. The Auto Tune is dependent on the Micro/WIN PID Loop table data. The PID Loop MUST be controlling a Linear Process. Non-linear processes cannot be tuned. The High and Low limits MUST be reasonable for the application. Otherwise, the auto-tune will fail. The application’s equipment being MUST be capable of being tuned FAQ There will be a FAQ example that shows how to create a subroutine for an instruction that can start the auto-tune operation. The user can then configure a HMI to control the tuning operation. ‘Pokročilé nastavení’ pro experty Automatické nastavení se spustí a zastaví tlačítky Start a Stop Button Seznam všech PID v projektu. Takto si vyberete PID, který chcete nastavovat. Dostatečně jednoduché pro nováčky a pokročilé nastavení pro experty.

10 Průvodce pro integrované PTO
Pouze pro nové CPU! Průvodce polohováním lze použít i pro integrované PTO Výběr PTO v průvodci Zadání parametrů motoru 3. Nastavení času zrychlení a zpomalení 1. 2. Průvodce PTO The new CPU’s support the built in PTO and PWM functions with linear ramp. To select the new Wizard, click on the ‘Position Control Wizard’, then enable the top option ‘Configure the on board PTO/PWM operation for the S7-200 PLC’. For either the PTO or the PWM, the wizard generates an instruction(s) to be used in the program logic. The PLC PTO generates a square wave output of variable frequency. The PLC PWM generates a variable duty cycle output at a constant frequency. The PTO wizard allows the programmer to configure multi-segment profiles for smooth operation of stepper motors. Vytvoření instrukcí, symbolů a DB pro PTO pro použití v programu. 4. Konfigurace PTO jako profily pohybu 5. Přesné polohování velmi jednoduchým způsobem. Možnost zaoblení hran a velmi jemný pohyb pomocí krokových motorů.

11 Pouze pro nové CPU! 1. 2. 3. Podpora receptur
Průvodce pro definici receptur 1. Specifikace datových polí 2. Vytvoření datových množin (unikátní data) 3. Průvodce vygeneruje instrukce, symboly a DB Následuje přenos receptur do paměťového modulu: Průvodce vytvoří instrukce pro receptury Program dynamicky přenáší receptury mezi CPU a modulem pomocí instrukcí RCPx_READ a RCPx_WRITE Instrukce PLC S7-200 Explorer se spouští z menu Je možné jej použít nezávisle na Micro/WIN Pomocí PC lze zjistit, zda jsou receptury na paměťovém modulu S7-200 Explorer Download je doplněn o možnost přenosu dat do paměťového modulu. Micro/WIN Download Receptury RECIPE Wizard: Programmers define the recipe structure and memory starting address and the data sets (containing values for each recipe field), or instances, of each recipe. The program logic will call the RCPx_READ (Read Recipe) instruction to read a recipe data set from the memory cartridge into V-memory. The program logic will call the RCPx_WRITE instruction to write a recipe data set from V-memory to the memory cartridge. The recipe can also be read from the MC using MicroWin. When the Recipe Wizard shows the amount of memory required for the Recipe Definition, it is referring to the one Recipe Structure you defined (not multiple Data Sets). The maximum number of Recipes Configurations that can be in one project is: 4 Each of these Recipes Configurations (or Structures) can contain as many fields as will fit in the Each recipe can have as many Data Sets (recipe instances) as the MC memory will allow. It is not possible to use STRING data types for the log entries.

12 Pouze pro nové CPU! 1. 2. 3. Průvodce záznamem dat
Výběr možností (čas, datum, výmaz) a max. délka záznamu 2. Definice zaznamenávaných oblastí do paměťového modulu 3. Průvodce vytvoří instrukce, symboly a DB Následuje přenos konfigurace datových záznamů do paměťového modulu Průvodce vytvoří instrukce pro záznam dat Přenosy jsou realizovány pomocí instrukce DATx_ WRITE Instrukce PLC S7-200 Explorer se spouští z menu Je možné jej použít nezávisle na Micro/WIN Pomocí PC lze číst datové záznamy jako CSV soubor S7-200 Explorer Download je doplněn o možnost přenosu dat do paměťového modulu Micro/WIN Download Záznam dat DATA LOG Wizard: Programmers defines the field names (tag or group of tags) that will be logged to the MC each time the DATx_WRITE Instruction is called in the program logic. ‘Clear MC’ on Upload feature allows an option for the memory cartridge support tool to clear the contents of the memory cartridge upon upload, or not. NOT CLEARING MC option - This gives the OEM ability to design a system that can ensure data is maintained as long as needed (for instance to meet safety standards that require 30 days of historical data to be traced at all times ) CLEARING MC option - The OEM can also choose to clear the memory cartridge on uploads, in which case the end-user must be made aware of how the system’s MC transfer operates. The maximum number of Data Log Configurations that can be in one project is: 4 Each Data Log can contain multiple fields which can be different data types but the total length of one record can not be more than 203 bytes. During runtime execution in the PLC, when the MAXIMUM log length of a log is reached (maximum data values has been written to the MC, the new new log values will begin to overwrite the oldest values already in the log). When the user assigns Data Log ‘Field Names’, the names become project symbols. However, it is not possible to use an pre-existing global project symbol for one of these ‘Field Names’. The Name assigned to the Data Log Configuration can be 30 characters long, and it is not a symbol. The configuration name is used to display the configuration name in the Super Tree. It is not possible to use STRING data types for the log entries.

Jakékoliv soubory S7-200 Explorer Čtení S7-200 Explorer Zápis Receptury Uložení_RCP Načtení_RCP PLC instructions With the S7-200 Explorer (a utility in Micro/WIN that allows transfers to/from the Memory cartridge), the users can transfer any type of file to their PLC’s memory cartridge, for instance, to serve as online, portable documentation for their system. NOTE: New functions and utilities for memory cartridges will not function with the older style (currently offered) Memory cartridges. You can still store the project to the older style memory cartridge like you could with previous versions of Micro/WIN. MISC. FILE TYPES (AND MICRO/WIN MWP FILES): Any file types can be stored on the MC with the “S7-200 Explorer” Utility (another slide explains this new tool). RECIPES: A Recipe structure and associated Data Sets are written to a MC during a Micro/WIN Project Download (it’s contained as a wizard configuration). Recipes are transferred into the PLC memory from the MC with PLC Instructions. DATA LOGGING: Data Log structures are written to a MC during a Micro/WIN Project Download (it’s contained as a wizard configuration). Data Log values are also written to the MC with PLC Instructions. MICRO/WIN PROJECT COMPONENTS: Project Components on the MC can be copied to a PLC (SDB, DB, OB1). Write them to the MC with Micro/WIN menu: “Program Memory Cartridge” Paměťové moduly Datové záznamy S7-200 Explorer Čtení Uložení_DL PLC instruction

String Literals makes it easy to pass strings to Subroutines, Interrupts, and Libraries Existují 3 způsoby práce s řetězci: 1. Přímé použití symbolu nebo konstanty The String data type CANNOT be a IN_OUT or OUT parameter of a subroutine When using execution status, the String literal pointer will show up in a format such as: [VD100] In STL editor, no double quotes are necessary; Otherwise, strings work the same in STL as they do in the other editors. The ASCII 4-byte data type (‘fish’) is not equivalent to a String data type (“My_String”) In some cases, it may be necessary to omit the “length byte” of the string data types (in displaying string messages, etc.)

SET_RTCX READ_RTCX Receptury RCPx_READ RCPx_WRITE Přenos dat receptur z/do paměťového modulu. Záznam dat DATx_WRITE Zápis struktury datových záznamů do paměťového modulu. Smazání události přerušení CLR_EVNT Odstraní výskyt vybraného přerušení z fronty. Řízení diagnostické LED DIAG_LED Programové řízení stavu diagnostické LED SF/DIAG. BGN_ITIME and CAL_ITIME: these instructions allow the programmer to build counters to use in Libraries, SBR’s, INT’s, etc. where standard counters cannot be used. There is no limit to the number of customized counters that you can use. The program logic is responsible for detecting any timer wrap-around conditions. SET_RTCX and READ_RTCX: Use these instructions to invoke Dayloght Savings Time (DST) in the PLC clock. You may also use the Micro/WIN V4.0 clock settings to invoke DST. RCPx_READ and RCPx_WRITE : these instructions are uniquely built by the Recipe Wizard to match the parameters that are input into the Recipe Wizard configuration. DATx_WRITE : this instruction is uniquely built by the Data Log Wizard to match the parameters that are input into the Data Log configuration. DIAG_LED : this instruction allows the SF/DIAG LED to be controlled as a Diagnostic LED (Yellow) by the programs logic. CLR_EVNT : The Clear Interrupt Event instruction removes all interrupt events of type EVNT from the interrupt queue. Use this instruction to clear unwanted interrupts that may result from spurious sensor output transients Nové instrukce
