Passive voice

Anotace Materiál je určen žákům na úrovni B1,B2. Je koncipován jako stručné a přehledné opakování základních rysů trpného rodu. Materiál je plánován pro poslední ročník před maturitou ale může být použit dle potřeby při opakování probraného tématu. Slidy 5-6: Žáci si názorně zopakují pravidla použití a vzorec vytváření vět s pasivním tvarem slovesa. Slidy 7-10: Žáci používají pravidla ve 2 variantách cvičení. Pomocí digitálního pera vpisují správná řešení do tabulek, popřípadě vyškrtávají to, co je špatně. Úlohy lze též provádět fixem, nebo křídou do slidu, promítnutého na bílou interaktivní tabuli. Vzhledem k početně malým jazykovým skupinám, lze užít materiál k samostatné práci v PC učebně. Shrnutí všech aktivit, včetně kontroly, musí být doplněno ve spolupráci s vyučujícím. Materiál je určen k interaktivní výuce.

What is it? very frequent in English We use it to express what happened to the object. ( when subject is NOT ACTIVE = is passive) The originator/agent is connected with BY (…by Shakespeare) Not all verbs are able to create the passive form! (only verbs with the direct object = with NO preposition) Verb pattern: BE + the past participle example: He is + invited to the party by his friend.

Examples in various tenses: He is called to our headmaster every month! He is being called to our headmaster just now! He was called to our headmaster, yesterday. He was being called to our headmaster that time. He will be called to our heamaster tomorrow! He has been called to him many times. He had been called to him many times before. Some other tenses in passive can be made following this verb pattern, but not all of them have pracitcal usage.
