Non-EU citizens I Foreign Police x OAMP (Oddělení azylové a migrační politiky= Department of Asylum and Migration Policy, U výstaviště 18, Přerov) This autum: OAMP, you were/will be given the term of the collection of the biometric data (long term residence) to get electronic(biometric) card via your UPOL email!! Biometric card substitutes your passport. Next year: Application for the extension of the long term residence permit or change of long term visa to long term residence at OAMP (mandatory) Submit your application for a long-term residence permit extension 120 days at the earliest and not later than the last working day before the expiration of your current residence permit !!! ● Taking biometric data (appointment needed) –all through registrars Dlouhodobé vízum – poskytují pouze ambasády pro 1.rok, nelze prodloužit, žádají pak o povolení k dlouhodobému pobytu. Pokud na ambasádě primárně zažádají o long term residence permit, tak dostanou vstupní vízum platné 3 dny, během nichž musí dojít na OAMP (paní Vyhnánková, rektorát prostřednictvím paní Nakládalové/Jany Osmani), dostanou/již dostali termín-vezmou jim otisky a foto a dostanou lístek s datem vyzvednutí, obvykle 14 dní. Pozor, je to v češtině. Na vyzvednutí mají 5 dní, pak dopis z Prahy, že jim to ruší, POZOR. Biokardu vyzvednout v určený den.

Non-EU citizens II Long term visa- just a stamp in the passport, i.e. you do not have to go to OAMP BUT: FP (Smetanova 14, Olomouc) - only if you have long term visa and you lodge in a private apartment and not in the dorm anymore – registration at FP within 3 days and then at OAMP (the appointment in Olomouc through registrars or Přerov) Next year: a change of long term visa to long term residence at OAMP (mandatory) BUT for the long term VISA bearers the deadline is 14 days before the expiration of your current residence permission (a stamp in your passport). Meet the deadline!!! ------------------------------------------------------ LTR - OAMP X LTV – original address in the dorm – you do not go either to OAMP or FP - you moved to a private appartment: FP + OAMP (to announce the change of address) EU citizens Registration at FP only if you moved to a private apartment (within 30 days)

● TAKING BIOMETRIC DATA (OAMP - appointment needed) through registrars Required documents: ● Sufficient funds – 85 800 CZK on your bank account and statement not older than 6 months (Czech bank account – only account statement, foreign bank account- account statement + credit card on your name) ● Czech comprehensive health insurance (VZP, Slavia, Uniqa, Maxima…) ● Confirmation of student status (registrars) ● Confirmation of accommodation (registrars/lease) ● ID card collection (appointment needed) - 2,500 CZK to be paid (stamps available in any post office) - 1500 CZK at the submission of the application, 1000 CZK at the withdrawal of the electronic card ● Appointments for OAMP in Olomouc always through Ms Petra Nakládalová (58 563 2015) or Ms. Jana Osmani, resp. (58 563 2017), for Přerov the appoinment is not needed but it is better-timesaving. b) pokud ubytovatel (koleje, ubytovna, hotel, apod.) nesplní povinnost přihlášení cizince na CP, tak v tomto případě se cizinec musí osobně přijít přihlásit na CP a dostane do pasu razítko s přihlášením                   c) pokud je ubytovatelem fyzická osoba (cizinec bydlí v soukromí), tak v tomto případě se cizinec musí osobně přijít přihlásit na CP a dostane do pasu razítko s přihlášením

A vy\plní nějaký dotazník.  Při krádeži to oznamují nejen na OAMP, ale i České policii. A v cizině také na policii a musí si vyžádat protokol.

Useful (?) advice The inner rules of every department can differ ask teachers about exact rules in the practicals Classes are mandatory, substitutions of 1/3 of practicals/topics allowed with the proper excuse beforehand (more complicated in departments with labs) Avoid non–essential absencies Come in time (7.00 ≠7.10)
