BLUE WHALE I am a Blue Whale. Am I a fish? No! A fish is born from an egg, but I am not. I´m a mammal! A fish can breathe under the water, but I cannot. So, I have to come out of the water to breathe. I spout water high into the air. I am the biggest of all living animals on Earth. I am longer than five buses. I am the heaviest kind of whale, too. I weigh more than 20 elephants. But, I can dive very deep. Then, I can quickly swim back up, again. ….. Where can fish breathe? 2. Where does our whale breathe? 3. Has our whale got any superlatives? Fish can breathe under the water. Our whale breathe out of the water. It is the biggest of the animals and the heaviest kind of whale.
