YIT | 22 AMBICE YIT 2011/2012 V rámci svých třech aktuálních projektů KOTI Hostivař, KOTI Hájek a KOTI Troja uvedeme na pražský rezidenční trh 146 nových bytů v celkové investici cca 500 mil. Kč. V roce 2012 plánujeme 250 bytů v různých pražských lokalitách. V dlouhodobém horizontu budeme v České republice rozšiřovat svoji činnost jak regionálně tak i do dalších segmentů developmentu, jakým je např. komerční development.
