Briefly: Plastic processing has some characteristics of pouring technology but also of metal forming. There are these methods of plastic forming: Extrusion + blowing Jetting (into the forms) Presswork Foaming.

1.) Extrusion /blowing: Pipe extrusion Blowing and setting Take out Compressed air Profile nozzle Split mould (cooled) Plastic pipe Blowing hose Product Extrusion and blowing of hollow products

2.) Jetting (into moulds): During the jetting we use the knowledge from forming as well as from pouring. ACTIVITY I.: Decide and choose the best solution of the problem: 1.) Product will have very thin and almost evenly strong wall of rounded shape with 2 liter capacity. Will you use foaming? Yes / No / It isn´t easy to determine 2.) Product will have opposite (negative) full shape of counterpart with dimension about 0,2x0,5x0,9 meter and should absorb possible shocks. Will you use blowing? Yes / No / It isn´t easy to determine
