9 I. - Lessons learned General misunderstadings:  Including expenditures not approved in the original Application  - No regards for expenditure limits (Annex 1 to the Guidelines)  No regards for Time eligibility of expenditures  - Pure attention paid to completeness of conclusive documents for incurred expenditures

10 II. - Lessons learned Specific concern to: - correct data (time of spending, ECB exchange rate, provable documents) - right application of instructions in the Guidelines/annexes (e.g. eligibility of taxi, non-eligibility of some bank/travel service fees etc.)
