Moulds for investment casting are made from easy melt-able materials like is wax or plastics. Thanks to high temperature used during forming difficult moulds with small diameters and smooth surfaces can be made. Moulds are accurate with smooth surface.

1) Manufacturing of forms for moulds. 2) Manufacturing of wax moulds. 3) Cluster casting of moulds. 4a) Manufacturing of shell moulds – soaking of moulds into casting slip. 4b) Manufacturing of shell moulds – powdering of wax moulds with refractory material 5) Extraction of wax moulds.

For wax mould manufacturing is used few wax mixtures differentiating according to final use and physical quality. Wax for moulds – clean (non filled) - filled - emulsified Waxes for gating systems Re-cultivated waxes Special waxes – adhesiv - soaking - reparative - wax cores - soluble waxes
