Silanization of WO3 NWs with APTES - chemical vapour deposition
WO3 nanowires Proccedure: Sample washing in deionized water and drying in desiccator Oxygen plasma treatment (1 min, 600W, 0.5 mBar) CVD - cleaning proces with nitrogen - silanization at 120 °C for 10 min, 1.5 torr - purgeing in nitrogen - rinsing in deionized water - keeping samples in desiccator Characterisation: XPS analysis – done Contact angle - completely hydrophilic Ellipsometry - nobody has experience with uneven surface, they are just simply qualified to estimate the thickness of layer on flat surface
