2 2  1948 : Mohelnice – Mr. Šincl founds the company Logarex, specialized in manufacturing slide rules  2008 : Logarex is taken over by Mr. Petr Kuba – KERN Mohelnice a.s. is established, specialized in the assembly of parts for automotive industry  2009 : KERN is renamed to Logaritma a.s. – gradual expansion of production  2010 : Moravičany – Purchasing of a company formerly producing wooden toothpicks, pegs and lasts for Baťa in 1930´s – former owner Mr. Kratochvíl  2012 – 2013 : Reconstruction of the old factory with the aid of the subsidies from EU, creation of the modern production, administration and logistic building  2015 : Progressive expansion of the company, purchasing of the manufacturing as well as the non-manufacturing plant in Rýmařov covering the area 14.000 m²  2016 : Finishing of the warehouse and manufacturing area in Moravičany covering the area 2.500 m²  2017 : New customer ABB  2018 : Relocation DAF project from HSKF.
