Description of vegetable
The name vegetable is used for different plants and their parts that can be used fresh or cooked. Vegetable is important part of nutrition of people. It contains vegetable proteins, saccharides, roughage and water, also a lot of minerals – calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron and many vitamins as A (carotene), Bs, K. Due these benefits fresh or cooked vegetable is important part of healthy menu.
