2 Traditional cooking Czech cuisine has many types of dishes the base of good Czech cuisine is sauce and meat the dish is influenced by the location of the country – many kinds of field crops Czech cuisine is not healthy like French (some Czech dishes are difficult to digest)

3 Traditional dishes One of the most famous are:  Sirloin, sauce and dumplings  Pork, cabbage and dumplings  Fried carp and potato salad
