After connection of voltage capacitors C1, C2 start to charge and transistors T1, T2 will open oneself. Because transistors have not the same parameters, they are different, one opened oneself earlier, for example T1. The capacitors C1 start to discharge, it´s lead to opened of transistor T2. C2 start to charge and even more faster starts to charge of transistor T1. In moment, when capacitor C1 charged oneself on opposite polarity, on base T2 enlarged voltage and it opened. It caused charge of capacitor C1 and discharged C2. The circuit overturned in this moment and on output discovered opposite polarity of voltage. Astable multivibrator oscillating from the one state to the second state incessantly.
