On Montgolfier brothers the 4 th July 1783 Montgolfier brothers demonstrated their flight in Paris. airships Balloons couldn´t be controlled so the next step in flying were airships with engines. The end of the airship era came in New Jersey on 6 th May 1937 after the disaster of Hindenburg airship which burnt down and all 35 passengers died.
