Anotace Tento materiál je věnován Avízu o odeslání objednávky – popisujeme strukturu, nejpoužívanější vazby a na závěr si studenti v rámci procvičení nového učiva vyzkouší napsat tento obchodní dokument formou diktátu.

2 Execution of Orders

3 When the supplier has made up the order and arranged shipment, the customer is informed of this in a business document called advice of dispatch NOTE: dispatch or despatch – both spellings are correct

4  Advice of dispatch informs the buyer that the goods have been shipped or are ready for shipment.  It should contain: - number and date of the order - the date and the manner of dispatch

7 The consignment has been dispatched by air as agreed upon. Zásilka byla odeslána letecky, jak bylo dohodnuto.

8 Advice of dispatch also serves as the accompanying letter to the invoice.
