9 Advantages of being EU member you can travel from one country to other with just a passport or identity card you can study, work or live in any other EU country you can sell or buy goods easier thanks to one Single Market and single currency a small country is getting stronger if it is a part of EU political and economic system

10 Disadvantages of being EU member criminals can cross the frontiers more easily (terrorism, prostitutions, drugs, smuggling) thanks to the open trade – traffic is heavier (increasing pollution) a lot of foreign products – little support for the domestic market we are under the control of the EU
