3 Global warming Large amounts of carbon dioxide (coming from burning of carbon fossil fuels such as coal) causes the greenhouse effect. And then the Earth´s temperature is increasing. The icebergs are melting, sea levels are rising, the weather becomes unpredictable, it brings floods, drought, hurricanes, etc. CHANGE THE WAY HOW TO PRODUCE THE ENERGY!

5 The ozone hole Chemicals which are released to the air destroy the ozone layer in the atmosphere. The ozone layer protects living organisms from ultra violet (UV) radiation which causes various cancers and blindness. BAN THE USE OF DANGEROUS CHEMICALS!

7 Deforestation A lot of animals and plants becomes extinct because of cutting down the rainforests mainly in the Amazon basin in Brazil. And also rainforests absorb dangerous carbon dioxide. FIND ALTERNATIVE SOURCES FOR WOOD AND FOOD!

9 Toxic pollution Humans produce a lot of waste and pollute water, soil and the air with toxic chemicals. Toxic waste kills everything living. KEEP THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND UPDATE THEM ACCORDING TO THE NEW KNOWLEDGE!

11 Acid rain Coal burning in power station releases sulphur dioxide into the air. Then it mixes with water acid rain is formed. Then the rain changes natural pH to acid range and it causes dying of fish and destroying plants. Switch the classical sources of energies with the alternative ones!
