Cutting First, get rid of the carp entrails.
Then, cut off the carp’s head. Next, cut a carp into the fillets.

Frying Salt the carp. Wrap fillets in smooth flour.
Dip the fillets in beaten eggs. Cover it with breadcrumbs. Fry the carp in hot oil in a pan.
