2 Topics of communication with handicapped persons are written in methodical guidance of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and are periodically implemented to various types of education. Tady asi říct jen, že tématika komunikace s handicapovanými je zakotvena v metodických pokynech HZS a pravidelně zařazována do různých typů vzdělávání

4 Education of fire-fighters in the field of communication:
Standard operating procedures for fire units Basic course for beginners Special courses Regular education in the shifts Exercises Etc. DVD obsahuje čtyři samostatné bloky, zaměřené na komunikaci s tělesně postiženými, mentálně postiženými a se sluchým a zrakovým handicapem. Blok, který se věnuje osobám se zrakovým postižením vám následně představíme

5 Methodical DVD Project of the Psychological service and Team of post traumatic intervention care of FRS – Zlín region, with cooperation with Film Studio of Population Protection Institute Lázně Bohdaneč. DVD is acted by fire-fighters, psychologists of FRS and handicapped persons who also provided information during recording about their special needs in real situations. Cooperation with organisations: SONS Kroměříž, Tyfloservis Zlín, o.p.s., 3Dimenze – Moravian centre of sign language, Institut of social care Javorník in Chvalčov, Sledge Ice hockey club in Olomouc. 

6 DVD contains 4 parts: 1) Communication with physically disabled person. 2) Communication with mentally handicapped person. 3) Communication with hearing-impaired person. 4) Communication with visually handicapped person.

Introduction by person with disability. Simulated scene of fire-fighters´ response. Particular clips with presentation of right way of communication and dealing with handicapped person.
