Anotace Materiál je určen žákům na úrovni B1,B2. V první části je koncipován jako stručné a přehledné opakování základních typů otázek a jejich hlavních rysů. Ve druhé části je uplatněn týž princip pro tázací dovětky. Materiál je plánován pro poslední ročník před maturitou ale může být použit dle potřeby při opakování probraného tématu i jindy. Slidy 4-7: Žáci si názorně zopakují pravidla a typy otázek. Slidy 8-11: Slouží témuž, ale o tázacích dovětcích. Slidy 12-17: Žáci pomocí digitálního pera vpisují správná řešení do tabulek. Úlohy lze též provádět fixem, nebo křídou do slidu, promítnutého na bílou interaktivní tabuli. Vzhledem k početně malým jazykovým skupinám, lze užít materiál k samostatné práci v PC učebně. Shrnutí všech aktivit, včetně kontroly, musí být doplněno ve spolupráci s vyučujícím. Materiál je určen k interaktivní výuce.

Examples: 1. 1) Yes/no q. Start with an auxliliary verb be/do/did/have… Are you OK? Did you sleep well, yesterday? …. 2) Wh- (how) q. Start with question words (all facts we ask are at the beginning,no matter how long they are) who/where/why/what/which/how How are you? Why did you do it? How many younger sisters do you have? 3) Q. with the preposition at the end Prepositions completing the question words are at the end: Who are you going to? What did you speak about? Who is it for?

Examples: 2) 4) Subject questions Start with who/what/which + noun do not use auxiliary verbs: Who helped you yesterday? What has happened? 5) Negative q. to express: a)we are surprised Haven´t you read the book, yet? Didn´t he leave to America last year? b)we want some listener to confirm our idea Isn´t he a lovely boy? Aren´t you Mr David Livingston? 6) Indirect q. Starts: (examples) Can you tell me….Don´t you know.. I wonder if….. (in this case the word order is equal to the declarative clauses)

(in this case the word order is equal to the declarative clauses = we don´t change the word order) Have you heard about it? - Can you tell me if you have heard about it? When did he come back yesterday? - Do you know when he came back yesterday?

Some exceptions: 1) I am your friend, aren´t I ? 2) Go, and bring it, will you? 3) Let´s speak loudlier, shall we? Sometimes we can meet a) Don´t do it, will you? b) Go an do it,won´t you?

Ask about underlined words: He is my friend. Eve was the best skier. Pete is reading a book. They speak four languages. Yes, I am OK. He is going to Paul. That bike is mine! The bike belongs to me. My mum is from Prague.

Make those questions indirect using: I don´t know …., Could you tell me…., I wonder whether… I´d like to know… How many children do they have? What time did he leave? Why are you doing it? What does his father do? Are you OK? Have they spoken to him, yet? Who were you going to yesterday? Who is your best friend? How many times have you met him?
