Věnujeme se zde mezinárodně používaným symbolům, nejčastější slovní zásobě a vazbám, a v závěru nabízíme možná řešení, která se mohou hodit při zvládání problémových situací.

5 At the Hotel When coming to the hotel, you should check in first. You may have a reservation it is easy arrange the rest. You say: My name is Stevenson. I have a reservation. It is for three nights, a single room with a shower and toilet.

6 At the Hotel If you haven’t booked a room in advance, you don’t have a reservation. you have to ask for a room by saying: I would like a double room with a bath and toilet with a seaview with the Internet access
